Responsibilities:

Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver and pick up containers at designated locations.
Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle and report any issues or concerns to the maintenance team.
Secure and properly load containers onto the truck while ensuring even weight distribution.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and coworkers.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage logs.
Assist with any additional tasks related to waste management or truck maintenance as required.

Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Class A or B endorsement and a clean driving record.
Proven experience operating roll-off trucks or similar heavy vehicles preferred.
Excellent driving skills and ability to handle large vehicles safely in various road and weather conditions.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and commitment to safety protocols.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads, as the role may require occasional manual handling.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and a customer-oriented mindset.
